Design Lead | Ministry for Culture and Heritage

As Design Lead in the Production and Communications team, I led high-impact design initiatives across multiple business units, delivering branding, digital, and multimedia solutions. Mentor and support to senior designers and managed digital production projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, on budget high-quality delivery. Advised cross functional teams on digital publishing, accessibility, and best-practice standards while strengthening stakeholder and partner relationships.

Senior Designer | Weta Workshop

As a Senior Designer in the Media and Communications team, I delivered end-to-end design services, prepared design briefs, mentored the design team, and oversaw all digital and print outputs. I worked closely with a wide range of stakeholders across Tourism, Consumer Products, Design, Manufacturing, Interactive, Corporate Services, and Media & Communications, fulfilling diverse creative briefs with strong collaboration and engagement.

My role included providing art direction and guidance to designers, concept artists, motion designers, and photographers; developing brand identities and style guides for packaging and consumer products; and leading design for national and international exhibition and tour spaces. I regularly liaised with external printers, media partners, and web developers to ensure projects were delivered on time and to industry standards, while also establishing templates, processes, and systems to improve workflow efficiency and embed best practice across the team.
